摘　　要：从意大利大学教师任用制度的特点出发,阐述该国大学教师任用制度的历次改革,并对意大利大学教师的任用制度及其改革中的经验和存在的问题进行述评,以期为我国大学教师职务聘任制度改革提供借鉴。From the characteristics of the Italian university teachers appointment system, the article expatiate the previous reform of Italian university teachers appointment system, and review the reform experience and the existing problems of Italy university teachers appointment system, with a view to provide the reference for the reform of our university teachers duty appointment system.
