摘  要:综合利用槽式聚焦型聚光镜和热管式真空管接收器的优越性,开发了一种槽式热管式太阳能集热器,给出了此新型集热器的结构设计。从光学和传热两方面考虑,建立了槽式热管式集热器集热模型,并建立了热管半壁受热的传热模型。对该集热器进行了传热分析和计算,推导出了槽式热管式集热器的集热效率计算公式,与实验室开发的CPC集热器进行了比较。结果表明,槽式热管式集热器效率远高于CPC集热器,最高可达75%,在工作流体温度上升至350℃以上时,因部分流体汽化使集热效率略微降低,仍可保持在70%左右。Based on the advantages of PTC (parabolic trough concentrator) and heat pipe evacuated tubular receiver, a kind of novel solar collector which employed both two components was developed. The configuration design of this novel collector was discussed. A mathematical model of this collector was built consisting of optical and heat transfer submodels, and the heat transfer analysis was given. An efficiency equation for this trough collector was developed and compared the efficiency with CPC' s. The results show that the efficiency of this novel collector is better than CPC' s, can arrive 75% and this novel collector can get good effect when working at high temperature.
