摘　　要：目的:建立黄金茶多糖的含量测定方法。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定黄金茶多糖的含量。结果:黄金茶中多糖含量为12.53%,精密度及重复性良好;葡萄糖在20.1～120.3μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,多糖平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为2.45%(n=6)。结论:此方法操作简便,准确性好。黄金茶中多糖具有开发利用价值。Objective： To establish an UV method for the determination of polysaccharides in Gold tea. Method： Anthrone - sulphuric acid method was adopted to survey the content of polysaccharide in gold tea. Result： The content of polysaccharide took 12. 53%,and its recovery rate was 99.35% ; RSD was 2.45%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, and the content of polysaccharide in gold tea has higher value of development and utilization.
