摘  要:高校图书馆开展勤工助学活动是关爱贫困学生、构建和谐校园的有效方式,是解决图书馆问题的重要途径,是图书馆和读者之间沟通的重要桥梁。本文从建立严格、规范的招聘机制,全面系统的培训机制,严密、科学的管理机制,行之有效的激励机制四个方面出发,探索建立高校图书馆勤工助学活动的长效机制。The work - study program of university libraries is the effective way to care about the students in poverty and to construct a harmonious campus, also an important method to solve the practical and urgent problems of libraries and a significant bridge between the readers and the libraries. From such four aspects as establishing a strict and standard recruiting system, comprehensive and systematical training mechanism, strict and scientific managing mechanism and effective motivating mechanism, this article made a comprehensive exploration of establishing long - effective mechanism in the work - study program of university libraries.
