摘　　要：栓菌属菌物是广泛存在于自然界的大型真菌,属内许多菌物具有较高的药用价值和生物学活性,然而由于形态学结构及显微学结构的相似,造成属内部分菌物时常混淆,这严重影响了相关菌株的开发与利用。针对上述问题,探讨了利用分子分类学对栓菌属菌物正确定名和分类的理论方法与部分研究成果,以期为栓菌的进一步研究利用提供理论信息平台。The genus of trametes is one of the widely separated fungi in nature and many species in it were found to have highly medical values and biological activity. Unfortunately, many trametes are always confused because some of them are so similar in morphology and microstructure characteristics, and such confusion had already hindered the exploitation and utilization of trametes. Focusing on those problems, many theories and the results in trametes identification based on the molecular taxonomy method were discussed in this paper. Some useful information for the farther research on trametes was given.
