摘 要:目的评价多层螺旋CT多平面重组(MPR)及容积显示(VR)对孤立性肺结节征象显示的价值。方法73例MSCT检查的周围型孤立性肺结节行MPR及VR重组,分别比较其在横断面薄层、MPR、VR上显示率的差异。结果1:MPR对分叶征、胸膜凹陷征及血管集束征的检出率高于轴位的检出率(P<0.05);2:VR对分叶征、胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征及圆形结节征的检出率高于轴位的检出率(P<0.05);3:MPR对毛刺征、空泡征、支气管充气征及圆形结节征的检出率高于横断面薄层的检出率,但两者比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论MPR及VR对孤立性肺结节部分征象的显示优于横断面,结合横断面有助于SPN的诊断及鉴别诊断。Objective To evaluate value of multi-planar reconstruction (MPR) and volume rendering (VR) in the detection of the signs of solitary pulmonary nodule(SPN) with multislice spiral CT(MSCT). Methods Seventythree cases with peripheral SPN underwent MSCT, MPR and VR images were obtained on workstation. MPR and VR images were compared with axial thin-slice images. Results 1, MPR provided higher detecting rates of lobulation, pleuralin dentation and vascular convergence than axial thin-slice images did (P〈0. 05). 2, VR provided higher detecting rates of lobulation, pleuralin dentation, vascular convergence arid round nodule than axial thin-slice images did (P〈0.05).3, There is no difference between the detecting rates of spike,vacuole sign,air bronchogram and round nodules in MPR and axial thin-slice images(P〉0.05). Conclusion MPR and VR with MSCT provided higher detecting rates of SPN signs than axial thinslice images did in some signs, and it is helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SPNs in association with axial images.
