摘　　要：针对YF11卷烟存储输送控制系统运行不稳定、故障率高、显示信息无汉化等问题,利用S7—300 PLC和变频器G150对该控制系统进行了改进.系统采用西门子S7—300 PLC取代原系统的伺服电脑板,将直流电机改成交流电机,PLC和变频器通过Profibus-DP总线进行通信,增强了系统的稳定性,降低了故障率,减少了备件库存量,提高了生产效率.YF11 cigarette storage ＆ transmission system exists the problems such as system unsteadiness, high fault rate and no Chinese-characterizing information display. Simens S7 -300 PLC and G150 frequency inverter were used to improve this control system. It is suggested to replace the sever computer board with S7 -300 PLC, and the DC motor with AC motor. The cotmnunication between PLC and frequency inverter can be realized through Profibus -DP bus. By this way the system is strengthened. The fault rate obvious reduced, the spares storage rate decreased, and productivity effect increased.
