摘 要:为打破盾构掘进机土压密封舱中存在的视觉盲区,综合运用机、光、电手段对盾构掘进机土压舱与刀具的工作状况进行远距离直接监测,提出了在盾构机掘进状态下进行连续性监视或在盾构机停机状态下进行断续性监测2种设计方案:连续性监视能在不停机状态对刀具等实施动态监视,但不能对刀具磨损情况进行定量分析;断续性监测能对刀具磨损情况进行定量监测,但只有在停机时才能进行.To eliminate the visual blind spot existed in the soil pressure sealed cabin of the shield-type tunneling machine, the machanical, optical and electronic techniques were comprehensively used to make a long-distance direct monitoring of the working state of the blades. Two projects were proposed for continuous surveillance of the state of excavation or intermittent monitoring in stop condition, and the pros and cons of these two means were respectively analyzed and compared. Continuous monitoring can achieve dynamic supervision to cutting tool in the non-shutdown state of computer, but fails to make quantitative analysis to cutting tool. Intermittent monitoring can make quantitative analysis to cutting tool, but can only achieve supervision in the shutdown state of computer.
