摘　　要：新生儿急性肺损伤(ALI)和急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是由于多种原因引起的肺组织结构特征性的病理、生理改变而出现的临床常见危重症。随着目前对ALI/ARDS的认识逐步深化,更进一步提出了新生儿ALI/ARDS诊断依据与治疗策略。Neonatal acute lung injury （ALI） and acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS） are a variety of reasons because of lung tissue caused by structural characteristics of pathological and physiological changes occur in critically ill patients of clinical common. With the current ALI/ ARDS the gradual deepening of understanding, and further put forward a newborn ALI / ARDS diagnosis and treatment strategy.
