摘  要:目的评价旋转数字减影血管造影(rotational DSA,RDSA)在脑血管疾病诊断中的应用。方法对临床怀疑和CT或MRI确诊为脑血管疾病的120例患者行常规脑血管数字减影血管造影检查和RDSA血管造影检查。并对比不同方法对脑血管病变的显示情况。结果120例,经常规DSA和RDSA检查共检出脑动脉瘤35例,颅内动静脉畸形7例,脑血管狭窄及脑缺血78例。然而,与常规DSA,极少数病例可显示瘤颈形态和载瘤动脉与瘤体的关系.结论RDSA诊断脑血管疾病具有极大的临床价值,尤其对脑血管动脉瘤、脑动静脉畸形(AVM)、脑血管狭窄的诊断最为准确、快速、安全。Objective To evaluate the value of rotational DSA(RDSA) on diagnosis of the international vascular diseases. Methods Routine DSA and RDSA were performed in 120 patients suspected or diagnosed(by CT or MRI) of intracranial vascular diseases, and then both results were compared. Results in this series, there were 35 cases of intracranial aneurysm, 7 cases of intractranial AVM, and 78 cases of intracranial vascular stenosis with brain ischemia, which were all diagnosed by routine DSA and RDSA. However, in the RDSA the appearance of the aneurismal neck and the aneurysm relations to its carrying artery were clearer than that of routine DSA. Conclusion On the diagnosis of intracranial vascular diseases using RDSA, particularly in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm and AVM, the accuracy of diagnosis is higher than that of routine DSA.
