摘　　要：根据路灯在不同电压下的光电参数及寿命特性,推导出城市道路照明灯具的最佳供电电压:上半夜为额定电压220 V,下半夜为最佳电压200 V。组成V/V0变压器-路灯照明节电系统,该系统不需要增加自耦变压器、补偿变压器或电抗器等设施及复杂的控制装置,只需要将路灯变压器作V/V0接线,然后通过电子控制器在深夜自动断开变压器二次侧的中性线,变成V/V接线;使灯具的电压从相电压自动变换到线电压的一半。According to the street lamp of the light electricity parameter and the life characteristic, in different voltage a best supply voltage of urban road lighting systems lighting luminaire is deduced ： a rated voltage is 220 Vs in the first half of the night, and the best voltage is 200 Vs in the later half of the night. It constitutes the V/V0 transformer - street lamp lighting knot electricity system. The system does not need additional facilities and the complicated control devices, such as automatic coupling transformer, compensatory transformer or reactors.., etc. We need only to change the street lamp transformer V/V0 wiring, Then the electronic controller will automatically cut off the secondary neutral line of the transformer in the midnight, changing the V/V0 wiring into the V/V wiring And the voltage of the lighting luminaire will be automatically reduced to a half of the line voltage from the phase voltage.
