摘  要:本文根据国际上进行的利用海底电缆测海流的研究报道,从理论上分析了其工作原理及可行性。文中讨论了实际电场对流场的反应速度和具体的测量方法。オt is very good way to measure the ocean current with underwater electric cable,because the only work is to measure the voltage on the both sides of cable.Scientists from.U.S.A,Japan,Korea and Taiwan have done much work in this problem.But until current,the study of theory is little so that it cann′t meet the need of work.For example,l.What is the reason that produce voltage? What mechanism it is?2.What is the special distribution of the remained eletric charge and the electric field?3.Is the voltage related only to the ocean current?4.How to measure the cable resistance more accurately? The authors have studied the problems. The Clean physical picture is given in this paper.
