摘  要:以平邑甜茶水培幼苗为试验材料,采用20%的PEG6000模拟水分胁迫,进行了外源NO对水分胁迫下平邑甜茶幼苗中几种氮代谢酶的影响研究。试验结果表明:水分胁迫下幼苗叶片NR、GS、GOGAT活性均大幅度下降,而300和500μmol·L-1SNP处理对NR、GS和GOGAT活性下降明显缓解;不同处理前期均不同程度提高了GDH活性;300和500μmol·L-1SNP处理显著提高了幼苗叶片可溶性蛋白含量和显著降低了叶片内肽酶活性。由此表明:不同外源NO浓度处理均具有缓解效应,300和500μmol·L-1SNP处理缓解明显,其中以300μmol·L-1SNP处理效果最好。The seedlings of Malus hupehensis (Pamp.) Rehd. were treated with 20% PEG6000 and the effects of exogenous nitric oxide on the several enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in Malus hupehensis (Pamp.) Rehd. seedlings were studied under water stress. Experimental results showed that the activity of NR, GS and GOGAT were all significantly decreased compared with control under water stress, but the decrease of activities NR, GS and GOGAT were significantly alleviated by the treatments with concentrations of 300μmol·L^-1and 500 μmol·L^-1SNP under water stress; The activities GDH were all increased in different concentration of SNP at early peroid; The contents of soluble protein significantly advanced and the endopeptidase activity decreased by the treatments with concentrations of 300μmol·L^-1 and 500μmol·L^-1SNP under water stress. It can conclude that different treatments of exogenous nitric oxide (NO) had alleviated effects on Malus hupe- hensis (Pamp.) Rehd. seedings, there were significantly alleviated effects with treatments of 300μmol·L^-1 SNP and 500μmol·L^-1SNP, and 300μmol·L^-1SNP was the the best treatment.
