摘　　要：综述了含碳岩系与金矿床关系的研究现状。讨论含碳岩系中金矿床的地质特征、矿床成因。提出了被动大陆边缘裂陷槽中初步富集、构造岩浆活化改造、有利构造空间定位的成矿模式。This paper reviews the study of relationship between carbonbearing sedimentary formation and gold deposits, and discusses the geological characteristics and metallogeny of gold deposits in carbonbearing sedimentary formation. A metallogenic model is proposed that gold was originally rich in depression of passive continental margin, reactivated by tectonic and magmatic activities, finally deposited in favorable space.
