55个苎麻品种纤维结晶度的研究

摘　　要：研究了55个苎麻品种间及同一品种不同季别间结晶度的差异;分析了苎麻纤维原麻与精干麻之间结晶度的相关性。用X射线衍射法测定苎麻纤维精干麻与原麻的结晶度,通过面积法计算各个品种的结晶度。结果表明,不同苎麻品种纤维结晶度不同且部分品种间有显著性差异;同一苎麻品种在不同季别及不同年份间纤维结晶度也不同;同一苎麻品种的精干麻结晶度与原麻结晶度呈弱相关或基本无相关性。Use the method of X-Ray diffraction to determinate the crystallinity of the fined ramie fiber and the crude ramie fiber and calculate each variety of ramie＇s crystallinity through area calculation. We analyzed the difference of crystallinity among 55 ramie varieties and the crystallinity difference for the same variety from different seasons. The results show that different ramie variety had different crystallinity. The same ramie variety in different seasons or in different years also had different crystallinity. The crystallinity of the fined ramie and the crude ramie from the same ramie species had weak correlation or no correlation.
