摘  要:用透射电镜观察了SMV3对感病品种合丰25和抗病品系东农93-046叶片细胞超微结构的影响。结果表明,SMV3对感病品种合丰25的细胞超微结构破坏严重,叶绿体肿胀、片层严重扭曲、模糊不清、叶绿体膜瓦解仅剩片层结构;嗜锇颗粒增加较多,有大量的风轮状内含体出现,产生大量的束丝包裹病毒粒子;线粒体数目增加较多,细胞核核膜降解,核仁完全融解等。而抗病品系东农93-046接种SMV3 21d后细胞超微结构破坏较轻,少数细胞出现核质轻微边聚,线粒体增多,叶绿体片层有部分断裂,嗜锇颗粒增加,叶绿体外膜产生异形增生物,出现小泡囊等。Effects of SMV3 infection on cellular ultra-structure of susceptible soybean variety (Hefeng25) and resistant variety (Dongnong93-046) were examined by transmission election microscopy after 21 d of inoculation with SMV3. Ultra-structure alternation of foliar cells in Hefeng25 was obvious,in which Chloroplast in cell showed severe swellness and incompleteness of membrane,looseness of the grana, more osmiophilic globules, more pinwheel inclusion, more cytoplasmic strands, more mitochondria, disintegration of nucleous membrance and disintegration of nuclelus. Ultra-structure alternation of foliar cells in Dongnong93-046 was less obvious after 21d by inoculated with SMV3 because there was little disintegration of nucleolus, more osmiophilic globules in some cells, a part of ruptureal grana in the chloroplast, more osmiophilie globules, heterogeneous puffiness on the chloroplast membrance, and muhivesicular bodies.
