摘  要:利用单因素筛选结合正交试验的方法,以测定酿酒酵母茵的菌体生长量(OD600)为指标,系统研究了不同碳源、氮源及无机盐的发酵结果。单因素试验初步筛选出碳源麦麸,氮源豆粕和酵母膏,无机盐KH2PO4、CaCl2、MgSO4、FeSO4利于降解菌生长。在此基础上通过L18(3^7)的正交试验,确定了最优培养基配方为麦麸1%,豆粕2%,酵母膏1%,KH2PO40.2%,CaCl20.5%,MgSO4 0.05%,FeSO4 0.1%。最优培养基发酵活菌数可达1.802×10^8个/mL,比原麦芽汁培养基提高54.3%。The experiment was conducted to understand effects of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources and inorganic chemicals on fermentation of chlorimuron-ethyl highly effective degrading fungi (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) with fungi growth mass (OD600 value) as the index. In single factor tests,carbon source "wheat bran" ,nitrogen source "soya bean waste and yeast extract", and inorganic chemicals "KH2PO4, CaCl2, MgSO4 and FeSO4" which were beneficial for the growth of the degrading fungi were primarily screened out. The results of orthogonal tests showed that the optimal culture menu included 1% wheat bran,2% soyabean waste, 1% yeast extract,0.2% KH2PO4, 0.5% CaCl2 ,0.05% MgSO4 and 0.1% FeSO4. The number of live fungi could reach to 1. 802 × 10^8/ mL in the optimum culture medium and was increased 54.3 % than the original malt extract medium
