摘 要:报道了全固态连续波554.9 nm黄-绿光激光器,黄-绿激光是分别由Nd∶YAG和Nd∶YVO4晶体的1342 nm和946 nm谱线非线性和频产生,两条谱线在各自晶体对应能级跃迁分别为4F3/2-4I11/2和4F3/2-4I9/2。实验中采用复合腔结构,利用KTP晶体II类临界相位进行内腔和频,当注入到Nd∶YAG和Nd∶YVO4晶体的泵浦功率分别为20 W和10 W时,获得1.1 W的TEM00连续波554.9 nm黄-绿激光输出。4h功率稳定度优于±2.8%。An all solid-state continuous-wave yellow-green laser at 554.9 nm is reported, 1342 nm wavelength is obtained from ^4F3/2 -^4I11/2 transition in Nd:YAG and 946 nm wavelength is obtained from ^4F3/2 -^4I9/2 transition in Nd:YVO4. Yellow-green laser at 554.9 nm is obtained by using a doubly folded-cavity,type-II critical phase matching KTP crystal intracavity sum frequency mixing by 1342 nm and 946 nm, with incident pumped power of 20 W in Nd:YAG and 10 W in Nd:YVO4 ,TEM00 mode yellow-green laser at 554.9 nm of 1.1 W is obtained at last. The power stability'in 4h is better than ± 2.8%.
