摘 要:为了分析华东地区经济发展所带来的土地利用变化特征及其对经济社会的影响,笔者以1987年和2007年的TM遥感图像为主要数据源,利用人工解译和监督分类相结合的方法提取宜兴市土地利用类型数据,采用GIS空间分析方法和数理统计方法分析了土地利用的数量、比例和结构变化,得到宜兴市近20年来土地利用时空变化特征。结果表明,近20年来宜兴市的土地利用总体变化趋势是耕地面积急剧下降,建设用地和水域面积都有大幅度增加,林地和园地的面积变化不大;土地利用类型之间的转移主要是水田向建设用地和水域转移,林地向园地和建设用地转移,旱地和未利用地主要是向其它地类单向转出;宜兴市20年来耕地的平均年降幅为1.76%,建设用地增长幅度的平均年增幅为4.05%,宜兴市耕地的下降幅度和建设用地的增长幅度均远远高于全国水平,也高于成都市。In order to analysis the characteristics of land use change of Eastern China and its impact on the economic and social development, Spatial and temporal variation features of land use pattern in Yixing city in nearly 20 years had been carried out, based on the data source of TM image in 1987 and 2007. The data of land use pattern in Yixing was extracted by the combined method of artificial interpretation and supervised classification, and changes of amount, proportion and structure of land use pattern were analyzed through GIS spatial analysis and mathematical statistics. The results showed that, the arable area had sharply declined while construction lands and water areas had increased significantly in Yixing in nearly 20 years. However, the area of woodlands and garden plots had changed slightly; the annual average decreasing amplitude of arable area is 1.76% while the construction lands had annual average amplitude of 4.05%, the decrease rate of arable land and the growth rate of construction sites in yixing City were far beyond the national average level, also higher than in Chengdu city.
