都市农业建设过程中提高科技协调员素质的对策研究

摘　　要：科技协调员由北京市首创,目的是解决农村基层科技力量不足与科技服务缺失。本文针对京承路都市型现代农业走廊建设中科技协调员队伍(涉及北京5个区县,20个乡镇,99个村,145户农民)人员素质情况进行调研,分析比较科技协调员所具科学素质的特点、现状和问题。并根据调研结果,探讨都市农业建设过程中运用现代信息技术手段提高科技协调员素质的方法和途径。The system of science and technology coordinators was established initially in Beijing. It is in order to solve the shortage of rural science and technology services. We got some information of current situation and problems of the science and technology commissioners system from analyzing of the questionnaires, some suggestions was put forward on improving the quality of science and technology coordinators.
