摘　　要：简要分析了新钢高线精轧机和预精轧机润滑系统油液清洁度长期较差的现状及原因,阐述了应用液压污染控制技术提高精轧机润滑系统油液清洁度的几种技术措施和对过滤装置的改进方法及取得的初步效果。The paper analyzes situation and reason why oil cleanness of high-speed wire finisher and pre-finisher lubrication system in Xinyu Iron and Steel Corp is bad for a long time. It describes several technological measures that how to apply hydraulic pressure pollution control technology to improve oil cleanness of finisher lubrication system, improved measures for filter and acquired primary effect.
