摘　　要：根据城市规划中历史文化遗存保护的理论,探索新住区设计中对原有文化资源的挖掘与利用,剖析南京宝船厂遗址北面地块规划设计。The paper explores excavation and utilization to original cultural resource in new house design and analyzes northern land planning design of Nanjing treasure dockyard relics according to the theory of historical culture relics protection in urban planning.
