摘  要:为研究聚β-环糊精缓释微球的热稳定性及其热分解反应动力学参数,用热重法(TGA)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)。结果其热分解反应为一级动力学过程,表观活化能Ea为164.04kJ.mol-1(Kissinger法)或169.84kJ.mol-1(Ozawa法),指前因子A为1.05×1013,反应速率常数k298为2.69×10-15s-1,半衰期t209.58为8.18×106a。证明β-环糊精(β-CD)经聚合反应制成聚β-CD缓释微球后,其热稳定性显著提高。To investigate thermal stability of poly-β-CD sustained release microspheres and its kinetics analysis of thermal decomposition reaction, thermal gravity analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) were used. Thermal decomposition reaction of poly-β-CD sustained release microspheres belonged to the first-order reaction. Its thermodynamics parameters were achieved: Ea = 164.04 kJ·mol^-1 (Kissinger) or 169.84 kJ·mol^-1 (Ozawa) ; A= 1.05×10^13 ; k298 =2.69×10^-15 s^-1 ; t0.5^298 = 8.18×10^6 year. It is concluded that Poly-β-CD sustained release microspheres had a better thermal stability than β-CD.
