水基防蜡剂的研制及应用

摘　　要：水基防蜡剂的配方为12.5%活性剂1#+12.5%活性剂2#+1%降黏剂+10%助溶剂,防蜡剂加量为100mg.L-1时,静态防蜡率大于60%,降黏率大于30%,动态防蜡率大于70%。现场试验表明,采用连续加药方式,减少洗井次数,提高油井产油量。The water soluble wax inhibition agent was composed of surfactant 1^#, 2^#（ mass ratio is 12.5 %, respectively） ＋ 1% thinner ＋ 10 % auxiliary solvents. When the mass ratio of wax inhibition agent is 100 mg·L^-1, wax inhibiting rate, viscosity reducing rate and the flowing inhibiting rate are greater than 60 %, 30 % and 70 %, respectively. The oilfield experiment was shown that it can decrease the times of washing wells and improve the productivity of oil wells.
