摘  要:目的:观察磷霉素对葡萄球菌生物被膜(Staphyloccocus biofilm,SBF)的影响。方法:以聚氯乙烯吸痰管(d=1 cm)为载体,采用9.0 mg/mL氯化钠溶液-吸痰管系统进行SBF的培养,建立葡萄球菌SBF,将头孢唑林、磷霉素分别单独及联合作用于SBF,扫描电镜进行观察SBF的变化。结果:经过3、7 d的培养,SBF随时间延长而增多,含质量浓度(4 mg/L)的磷霉素培养液中培养7 d,有细菌聚集,但无大片SBF形成。结论:质量浓度(4 mg/L)的磷霉素在体外对葡萄球菌SBF有抑制作用。Objective: To observe in vitro the effect of fosfomycin on Staphylococcus biofilm by cultivation it. Methods: Staphylococcus was cultivated in physiological saline solution-aspirate sputum pipe system to establish bacterial biofilm model in vitro, which was identified with scanning electronic microscope(SEM), after the biofilm was treated by fosfomycin and cefazolin respectively and by the combination of fosfomycin and cefazolin. Results: SEM showed that biofilm increased as being cultivated for longer in 3 and 7days and the biofilm formation in the process of cultivating was inhibited by sub-MIC of fosfomycin. Conclusion: Sub-MIC of fosfomycin could inhibit Staphylococcus biofilm in vitro.
