摘　　要：[目的]筛选确定中医"知信行"问卷的指标。[方法]2008年,运用德尔斐(Delphi)专家咨询法经2轮咨询对备选条目进行评价筛选。[结果]剔除4个指标,修改5个指标,确定29个指标,专家积极系数100.00%,满分比超过50%的指标19个(占65.52%),平均分超过4分的指标28个(占96.55%),29个指标的变异系数均<0.25,专家意见的总体协调系数W为0.69(P<0.05),总体权威系数平均0.91。[结论]最终确定的29个指标具有较好的可靠性、代表性和权威性。[Objective]To screen out and ascertain indexes of ＂Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior＂ Questionnaire of TCM. [Methods]Option entries were evaluated and screened after 2 round of consultation with Delphi Method in 2008. [Results]After two rounds of consultation, we excluded four indexes, modified five indexes and determined 29 indexes. Expert positive coefficient was 100.00%, there were 19 indexes which full mark ratio above 50%, accounted for 65.5 %, and 28 indexes＂ average score were more than 4,,accounted for 96.5 % of all indexes, the coefficient of variation of all the 29 indexes which were screened out were 〈0. 25 ,the whole harmony modulus of experts opinion was 0.69（ P 〈 0.05） ,and the whole authority modulus was an average of 0.91. [Conclusion]The 29 indexes screened out eventually are credible,representative,and authoritative.
