艾滋病病毒感染者与艾滋病病人生存质量与社会支持情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解HIV感染者与艾滋病病人的生活质量、社会支持现状及其影响因素。[方法]2007年3月至2008年5月,采用MOS-HIV量表和社会支持评定量表,对广州市荔湾区的56名HIV感染者和艾滋病病人进行社会支持度与生存质量调查及典型相关分析。[结果]典型相关分析结果,社会支持中影响较大的是客观支持和对支持的利用度2个因素,生存质量中影响较大的是生活质量、健康感受、疼痛、精力、情绪、健康转换(即身体及情绪的转变)6个因素。客观支持、对支持的利用度与生活质量、健康感受、精力、情绪、健康转换成正相关,客观支持与患者躯体疼痛成负相关。第一对与第二对典型变量(L1,M1)与(L2,M2)的典型相关系数分别为0.658、0.596(P<0.05)。[结论]HIV感染者和艾滋病病人获得的客观支持越多,其生活质量及情绪、健康转换越好;患者对支持的利用度越少,其健康感受及精力就越差。客观支持越少,疼痛越严重。[Objective]To study the quality of life, social support and influence factor among people with HIV/AIDS. [Methods]From March, 2007 to May, 2008, Fifty-six patients with HIV/AIDS were investigated in Li Wan District, Guangzhou. MOS-HIV quality of life measuring scale（Chinese version） and social support scale were applied to measure quality of life and social support, which was analyzed by canonical correlation analysis. [Results]The results of canonical correlation analysis indicated that the objective support and availability of sustain were two of the main factors for social support. The main factors for quality of life include quality of life, health reception, pain, energy, feeling and health change （i. e. the change of body or emotion）. The objective support and availability of sustain had the positive correlation with quality of life, health reception, pain, energy, feeling and health change and the objective support had the negative corrclation with pain. The canonical correlation coefficient of the first and the second pair typical variance （L1, M1）and（L2, M2） are 0. 658,0. 596（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The more the objective support the patients with HIV/AIDS got, the better quality of life,feeling and health change. The less availability of sustain, the worse health reception and energy. The less objective support,the severer pain is.
