摘　　要：[目的]了解攀枝花市企业职工乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况,指导乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗接种。[方法]2006年,对攀枝花市某企业全部661名职工进行血清HBV标志物检测。[结果]检测661人,HBV感染率为41.75%,其中HBsAg阳性率为9.23%,抗-HBs阳性率为27.84%,HBeAg阳性率为2.72%,抗-HBe阳性率为8.32%,抗-HBc阳性率为17.85%。[结论]攀枝花市某企业职工HBV感染率低于全国平均水平,HBsAg阳性率处于全国平均水平。[Objective]To understand the status of HBV infection among industry employees in Panzhihua city,give the guidance for hepatitis B（HBV） vaccination. [Methods]Serum HBV markers were tested for 661 employees in a industry in Panzhihua in 2006. [Results] Of the 661 employees tested, HBV infection rate was 41.75 %, HBsAg-positive rate was 9.23%, anti-HBs-positive rate was 27.84%, HBeAg-positive rate was 2.72%, anti-HBe-positive rate was 8.32%, anti- HBc positive rate was 17.85 %. [Conclusion]HBV infection rate among a industry employees in Panzhihua was lower than the national average level, HBsAg positive rate was at the national average level.
