摘　　要：介绍了一种应用硅压阻效应、电子信号调节和单片机技术,设计具有数显功能的智能压力开关,给出了设计的基本原理,完成了相应的硬件电路的设计与软件实现,实验结果表明:该压力开关误差小,性能稳定,能够满足整体性能要求,达到了预定的设计效果。A kind of technology with application of silicon piezoresistive effect, the signal adjustment in electronic circuit and single-chip is introduced to design the digital display intelligent pressure switch, the basic principle of design is given, the corresponding hardware circuit design and software implementation are completed. The experimental results show that it＇ s able to meet overall performance requirements, and reach the predetermined design effect with the small measurement deviation of sensor and stable performance.
