摘 要:建立离子交换柱色谱法分离测定洗涤剂助剂三聚磷酸盐的方法。选用氯化钾作为淋洗液,流速控制为4.5~5.0mL/min,用浓度分别为0.15、0.25、0.50、0.75mol/L的KCl溶液进行梯度淋。成功分离了样品中不同形态的磷酸盐(正磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、三聚磷酸盐和三偏磷酸盐),并采用分光光度法对各磷酸盐的含量进行了测定。实验结果表明,该法具有操作简单、器材价格低廉、准确度高等优点,可用于磷酸盐的形态分析。Ion exchange chromatography was applied for the separation and determination of tripolyphosphate used as the detergent additive. Using KCl as the gradient mobile phase at a flow rate of 4.5- 5.0 mL/min, the separation of tripolyphosphate was performed at different concentrations of KCl equating to 0.15,0.25, 0.50 and 0.75 moL/L, respectively. The different forms of phosphates including orthophosphate, pyrophosphate, tripolyphosphate and trimetaphosphate were separated successfully and their concentration determination was achieved by speetrophotometry. The test results proved that this method was simple and accurate with cheap instruments and can be used for analysis of different forms of phosphates.
