摘　　要：从原理上论述了温度对传感器性能的影响,包括零点漂移、灵敏度随温度的变化。介绍了温度补偿的方法,提出了利用单片机进行温度补偿,实验结果表明,该温度补偿是一种行之有效的方法。The influence of temperature on sensor performance is discussed in theory, including zero drifting,the sensitivity changes along with the temperature change.The temperature compensation method is introduced,and an effective method is proposed,which the single chip controller implement the temperature compensation.
