摘 要:目的探讨心脏X综合征时血清对氧磷酶-1(PON-1)水平的变化及其在心脏X综合征发病机制中的作用。方法将心内科患者60例,分为心脏X综合征(CSX)组30例、非心脏X综合征(NCSX)组30例和正常对照组30例。采用分光光度法检测血清PON-1的活性。结果CSX患者血清PON-1活性较NCSX组和对照组降低(P<0.01),血清PON-1活性与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论血清PON-1活性降低参与了心脏X综合征的发生。Objective To investigate the changes and significance of paraoxonase-1 activities in serum in patients with cardiac syndrome X. Methods 60 patients from department of cardiology were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients with cardiac syndrome X in CSX group, 30 patients without cardiac syndrome X in non-cardiac syndrome X group (NCSX group), and 30 healthy volunteers as control group were enrolled in the study. Serum paraoxonase activities were measured by spectrophotometry. Results Paraoxonase activities were significantly lower in CSX group than those in NCSX group and control groups ( P 〈 0. 0I ). According to correlation analysis, paraoxonase activities were negatively correlated with LDL levels ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The decrease of paraoxonase-1 activities in patients with cardiac syndrome X is involved in the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X.
