摘　　要：分析了基架零件的冲压工艺性、经济性,介绍了级进模排样设计方案,确定了模具总体结构,设计制造的模具满足生产要求。After study on the stamping process of a bed frame, the stock layout of a progressive die for the shaping was designed; and the general structure of the die was determined.
