摘　　要：分析了弹簧支持架的结构工艺性和冲压工艺,介绍了零件排样方案、模具总体结构、主要零部件设计。在总结以前模具设计的基础上,充分利用工件本身的结构特点,采用双滑块机构,有效解决了双钩弯曲的难点问题。模具结构紧凑,加工简单,工作平稳,操作简便,生产效率高。The structural technology and stamping process of a spring support were analyzed. The layout scheme of a multi-position progressive die for the component was presented; the design of the general die structure and key die parts were introduced. The difficulty in bending two hooks was solved based on the component＇ s structure features and by using a double slider mechanism. The die operates stably and runs efficiently.
