摘　　要：以重庆市江津区为例,就其经济发展与土地利用结构变化之间的相关性做出分析,并用主成份分析法得出土地利用结构变化的主要驱动力是社会经济增长、农业产出和林业产值。经济发展对土地利用结构的影响具体表现为:建设用地尤其是城镇工矿用地增长过快、农用地尤其是耕地面积下降迅速、林业用地面积在不断增长。With Jiangjin District of Chongqing City as an example, this paper analyzes the relationship between economic development and changes of land use structure, and elicits by using principal component analysis method that the major driving forces in the change of land use structure are socio-economic growth, agricultural output, and forest product. The specific impact of economic develop- ment on land use structure is seen in rapid increase of construction land, fast decrease of agricultural land, especially farmland area, and continual growth of forestry area.
