长沙市农用地流转的现状与对策

摘　　要：在农用地流转实际操作过程中,还存在着许多问题,例如流转过程中的产权问题,公平问题等等。从长沙市农用地流转的现状出发,通过调查分析,对农用地参与流转所带来的经济效益和社会效益进行评价,从而发现长沙市农用地流转中存在的问题,并提出了促进农用地合理流转的建议。The circulation of the farmland is the circulation of the right. By means of sub-contract, the circulation of the farmland can not only optimize the use structure, form the scale effect, but also increase the farmers＇ income, raise the rural production and living standard. However, many problems remain in the course of land circulation, such as the fairness and the property right in the circulation. Based on the market survey, this paper adopts the method of data contrast to analyze the circulation of the farmland in Changsha City, discusses the problems in the circulation, and offers some suggestions for promoting the rational transfer of agricultural land.
