摘 要:在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)存在下,研究了对氯苯基荧光酮(P—CPF)与锌的显色反应条件和光度性质。在pH=8.4的Na2HPO4-KH2PO4缓冲溶液中,锌与P—CPF形成1:1的红色络合物,所形成的络合物的最大吸收波长位于568nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.20×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1;红色络合物至少稳定10h以上,锌含量在0~2.40μg/5mL范围内符合比耳定律。拟定方法用于药物中微量锌的测定,结果满意。In the presence of cationic surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB), reaction conditions and photometric properties of p-chlorophenylfluorone (p-CPF) with zinc were studied. The results showed that the molar ratio of zinc and p-CPF in the red complex was 1 : 1, the maximum absorption wavelength of p-CPF-Zn-CTMAB complex was 568 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity was 7.20× 10^4 L.mo1^-1 .cm^-1 in the buffer solution (pH 8.4 of Na2HPO4-KH2PO4 ). The red complex was stable for 10 hours at least. Beer's law was obeyed when the content of zinc was in the range of 0- 2.40 μg/5mL. The developed method has been applied to the determination of trace zinc in the medicine with satisfactory results.
