区域科技视角下的滨海新区R＆D资源投入优化研究

摘　　要：滨海新区的区域科技发展是保障经济持续发展的动力之源。目前滨海新区仍旧处于工业化发展阶段,要通过加大科技投入,提高服务业比重,强化自主创新能力,由投资推动型和要素推动型的外延性增长转变为科技创新型的内涵型增长。针对新区科技投入的问题进行对比分析,提出了有针对性的政策建议。The development of regional science and technology is guarantee and sources of continuable economic prosperity of Binhai New Area in Tianjin. Currently Binhai New Area is still being industrialization development stage. It is necessary to improve Binhai＇ s S＆T input, increase the proportion of serving industry, enhance its independence innovation ability, transit from intensive growth by investment - drive and factor - drive to extensive growth by innovational - drive. After analysis the S＆T problems of Binhai New Area, some suggestions are put forward in this paper.
