高技术企业创业社会网络嵌入：机制要素与案例分析

摘　　要：根据社会网络理论,运用基于关键事件分析技术的案例研究方法探讨杭州格林蓝德公司的创业社会网络嵌入性。研究发现:制度信任、信息共享、问题协商解决和和谐共赢是高技术企业创业社会网络嵌入的四个机制要素,并且这四个机制要素都显著影响创业企业的成长绩效和合作绩效。According to the theory of social network, this paper explores the entrepreneurial social network embeddedness of Hangzhou Greenlander Corporation. This paper adopts an analytical technique of key events - based case study methodology. The main findings of this study show that： （i） The four mechanism elements of entrepreneurial social network embeddedness in high - teeh firms are institution trust, information sharing, joint problem solving, and harmony for all winners. （ii） These four mechanism elements all obviously affect the growth performance and the cooperation performance of entrepreneurial firms.
