摘　　要：结合城市测绘的特点,规范档案工作流程,基于局域网实现电子档案信息的合理流转。建立电子档案质量监控机制,梳理常见质量问题,研发相应的质量检审工具软件,实现电子档案质量监控的智能化,避免档案再利用时因信息错误导致发生工程质量事故。According to the professional characteristics of the city surveying, we had regulated the work flow of its archives,and transferred its information.We had built up the quality supervision of the electronic file mechanism, hackled its familiar issue,and researched and developed the management and examination software system of the archives quality.These work will carry out the intelligence for the quality control of the electronical files,and avoid to the project＇s quality accident due to reuse the files.
