摘　　要：介绍一种以PLC为核心的双头冲孔机控制系统。详细阐述了该控制系统的组成、硬件和软件设计方法及人机界面的设计。采用PLC和HMI的联合应用技术,简化了现场操作,提高了控制程序和人机界面的灵活性,解决了传统冲孔机劳动强度大、安全可靠性差及生产效率低等问题。The double-headed perforator＇s control system with PLC as the core was proposed. Control system components and the design methods of hardware, software and man-machine interface were introduced in detail by adopting the combined application technology based on PLC and HMI. The design methods simplified the working site operations, and improved the flexibility of control procedures and man-machine interface. The labor intensity of the traditional hole-machine, poor security and reliability and.low production efficiency were solved and eliminated.
