摘　　要：介绍防空警报的应用现状及存在的问题,研究在MapX组件嵌入Delphi软件开发平台上设计防空警报控制软件的方法。系统采用GIS技术,把地理信息系统引入人民防空作战指挥,实现地图与数据库的有效连接和查询,为防空袭系统的管理、查询、分析和决策提供一条新的有效途径。This paper introduces the current situation and problems of air- raid siren, research the design of air- raid siren control software on a Delphi software development platform with an embedded MapX components. The system uses the GIS technology, the geographic information system can be introduced into the people＇s air combat command, achieve the effective connections and inquiries between the map and database, provides a new and effective ways for my air defense system management, inquiries, analysis and decision- making.
