摘　　要：目的探讨舒利迭联合双水平气道正压(BiPAP)通气对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者生活质量的影响。方法COPD稳定期患者60例,随机分为两组:A组单纯使用BiPAP通气,B组既使用BiPAP通气,又使用舒利迭。治疗前及治疗后三月由患者独立完成圣.乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ问卷)调查表,比较联合治疗与单一治疗前后SGRQ各分值及总分的差值。结果BiPAP通气联合舒利迭治疗比单一采用BiPAP通气治疗对SGRQ各分值及总分的差值均有明显差异。结论对COPD稳定期患者采用BiPAP通气联合舒利迭治疗,其效果比单一采用BiPAP治疗更能改善肺功能,提高生活质量,是一种安全的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of BiPAP combined with seretide to the life quality of the patients with COPD in the stable period. Methods 60 cases with COPD in the stable period were divided into two groups randomly ： Group A was treated only by BiPAP, group B were not only treated by BiPAP, but used seretide. Three months before and after the treatment, the patients answered the SGRQ questionnaire individually. The marks and the total marks of SGRQ before and after the treatment were compared. Results There were significant group differences in favor of group B of the SGRQ scores and total scores. Conclusion Using BiPAP ventilation with seretide in treatment of COPD patients has better effect than the single use of BiPAP therapy, it improves lung function and quality of life. It is a safe treatment method and worthy to spread widely.
