摘　　要：科学发展观的提出是对改革开放30年来我国现代化发展模式的继承和超越,这是以其特定的历史背景和现实为基础的必然选择,也是实现发展模式由模仿型到创新型的根本性转变,对建设有中国特色的社会主义模式来说,是一次历史性的革命。Mention of the scientific development concept is an inheriting and transcendence for our country＇ s modernization development mode since the 30 years of reform and open , this is a necessary option that base on its specific historical background and reality , and is a radical transference of actualizing the development mode of from imitational mode to innovative mode , and also is a historic reform for building the mode of Chinese characteristics socialism.
