摘　　要：FD I的就业效应按其作用内容可分为就业数量效应、就业质量效应。利用以科布-道格拉斯函数为基础的FD I就业效应的计量模型,对我国的相关数据进行实证分析,揭示了FD I对我国就业效应的地区性差异,并就其成因进行简要分析,提出相关的建议。The effects of FDI on the host countries＇ employment, as far as the fuction is concerned, take two forms ： quantity effect and quality effect. A model of employment effects of FDI is built based on Cob- Douglas production functions to analyze the related data. The results of the empirical analysis showed that there were clear regional differences in the employment effect of FDI in China. In addition, causes of the regional differences were discussed and suggestions for improvement were provided in this paper.
