摘  要:沼泽红假单胞菌是研究和应用较为广泛的一种光合细菌,可以净化水质。而采用固定化技术对细胞进行包埋后,既能使废水处理装置内维持较高浓度的生物量,提高处理负荷,又能选择地使光合细菌成为优势菌群,提高水质净化效率和延长细菌使用时间。本实验以海藻酸钙为载体包埋沼泽红假单胞菌,研究了不同浓度的海藻酸钠和氯化钙对固定化小球的机械强度、传质速率等指标的影响,确定适合沼泽红假单胞菌包埋的海藻酸钠和氯化钙浓度分别为:2%~2.5%和5%。另外,本实验还研究了水力停留时间(HRT)、温度、pH值、曝气对模拟废水COD去除率的影响,得出最佳处理条件为:HRT=6h,温度=30~35℃,pH值=7,曝气。Rhodopseudomonas palustris is a pHotosynthetic bacteria which is used and researched extensively. It can be used to purify water. Cells embedded via immobilization technology, not only keep a high concentration of biomass in the waste water processing equipment to raise the load of the treatment, but also make the photosynthetic bacteria become the dominance flora which raise the purification efficiency of waste water and extend the time of using the bacteria. In the experiments, the influence of different concentrations of calcium chloride and sodium alginate on mechanical strength and mass transfer rate of Immobilization globule was studied. The suitable concentrations of calcium chloride and sodium alginate are: 2%-2. 5% and 5%. And also the influence of HRT, temperature, PH and aeration on COD removal-rate was studied. The best conditions for COD removal proved to be: HRT=6h, temperature=30-35℃, PH=7 and aeration.
