摘 要:染料废水通常具有有机物含量高、抗光,抗药物,难降解等特点,因此难以用传统的污水处理方法进行处理,如能结合其他处理方法(如吸附),对此类废水进行有效处理,对于控制印染废水污染环境具有重要意义。以锰盐,铁盐为主要原料,按照不同的原料配比制备了几种磁性吸附剂,并就其对染料酸性红B的吸附性能进行了实验。实验结果表明:此吸附剂对于染料酸性红B有很强的吸附能力,吸附之后可以通过磁分离技术,对吸附剂进行有效的回收。且该吸附剂配比中Fe的含量越高,吸附效果越好。同时,pH对吸附能力有较大影响,吸附性能在酸性条件下表现良好,pH升高吸附性能变差。染料废水中普遍含有的氯离子对吸附剂的吸附性能基本没有影响,而含有的硫酸根离子则严重抑制吸附性能。Excessive organism, adaptation of light & medication, low degradablation and so on are the prevalent characteristics of dying industrial wastewater. Traditional disposal process can not achieve the purpose ideally. Therefore, it is significant to find some other disposal processes (such as adsorb) to purify the dying industrial wastewater. Using Mn^2 + and Fe^3+ in team of different ratio of material, several magnetic adsorbent are made, and m experiment on its adsorbent capability on the acid red B is accomplished. The result showed the adsorbent had a strong capability on the ARB, and the adsorbent had more Fe, the adsorbent effect was better, and moreover, it is available to recycle the magnetic adsorbent by the way of magnetic apartment technique after adsorption. At the ame time, adsorbent capability behave well under acid condition, the adsorbent capability became bad as the pH increased. The result of experiment also told us that Cl^-, as the omniperesence in the dying industrial wastewater, had litter effect on the adsorbent capability, and SO4^2- restrained adsorbent capability strongly.
