摘　　要：探讨MSP58基因在人类肝癌肿瘤组织及肝癌细胞系中的表达情况,应用半定量RT-PCR和Western blot方法分别检测MSP58在肝癌细胞系及肝癌肿瘤组织中的mRNA水平及蛋白水平的表达。两种肝癌细胞系HHCC、HepG2,22例肝癌癌区组织,13例正常肝组织作为对照。结果在两种肝癌细胞系中MSP58mRNA水平和蛋白水平都有明显表达;在22例肝癌肿瘤组织中,不同级别的人肝癌肿瘤标本中mRNA及蛋白均有MSP58表达,并且MSP58的表达量随着人肝癌肿瘤恶性病理级别的增高而增高;13例正常肝组织无表达。MSP58在肝癌肿瘤组织和肝癌细胞系中均有表达,说明其可能对肝癌肿瘤的发生或发展有重要作用。The expression of the gene of MicroSpherule protein 58 is investigated in liver cancer and liver cancer cells. Semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blot were used to measure MSP58 mRNA and protein in, respectively. are 22 cases of liver cancer and 22 cases of the side of liver cancer and 13 cases of peritumoral tissue as controls took. The expression of MSP58 mRNA and protein in liver cancer cells were significant, the expression of MSP58 mRNA and protein in 22 cases of liver cancer was correlated with the differentiation of the tumor, the level of pathology of liver cancer is higher, the expression of MSP58 mRNA and protein is higher. 13 cases of peritumoral tissue haven＇t expression of MSP58 mRNA and protein. It is conclused that expression of MSP58 in liver cancer and liver cancer cells is significant, MSP58 may play important roles in liver oncogenesis.
