摘　　要：生物破乳剂是由细菌等微生物产生的一类具有高表面活性的生物分子,具有环境友好、易生物降解等特点,在现场应用上已取得一定成效。对生物破乳剂的研究现状、作用机理、主要生产方法及其在石油领域的应用进展等进行了总结和评述,并探讨了其未来研究方向。Bio-demulsifier generated by bacteria and other micro-organisms is a class of biological molecules with high surface activity, and has been successfully applied in some fields as the characteristics of environmentfriendly, easy-biodegradable etc . The recent advances, process mechanism, the main production methods and the application in petroleum industry of crude oil bio-demulsifier are reviewed, and the important research directions in future are discussed.
