摘  要:运用三维黏性流动计算软件NUMECA,对某含动叶叶顶间隙和静叶叶根间隙的多级亚音轴流压气机的第七、八级共四排叶片所在流道进行了数值模拟。动叶叶顶间隙分别取为各自设计间隙的0倍、0.5倍、1倍、1.5倍和2倍5种不同间隙值,而静叶叶根间隙保持为设计值不变。计算结果表明,叶顶间隙的大小对压气机性能有较大的影响,随着间隙的增大,压气机的流量、效率、压比等性能呈明显的下降趋势。By using the 3-d viscous flow solver software NUMECA,a numerical study on the effect of different tip clearance size on the performance of the two stage compressor was carried through, the two stage compressor is the seventh and eighth of a multistage subsonic compressor. Five different rotor tip clearance sizes of the two stage compressor are 0 times ,0.5 times, 1 time, 1.5 times and 2 times of the design tip clearance respectively, and the stator hub gap keeps invariant with design value. The result indicates that with the increase of tip clearance size, the performance of the two stage compressor change obviously,the performance parameters such as flow rate, efficiency and pressure ratio tended to decrease obviously.
